Altamira has always been about people who care deeply about what they build: engineers, designers, and strategists who believe that doing things right is the only way worth doing them.

That same mindset is what drew Yevgen Balter to Altamira, and what now defines his role as CEO.

Yevgen’s career spans years of leading large engineering teams and helping companies grow from startup pace to enterprise scale. He’s seen what works and what burns people out. His focus isn’t on hierarchy or headlines, it’s on creating clarity, trust, and shared purpose.

My leadership philosophy is simple — listen, remove friction, and give people room to own their work,” Yevgen says.

Under his direction, Altamira is sharpening its focus on AI agents and applied automation, helping companies make AI a productive part of their day-to-day operations. Not as a trend, but as a tool that makes work smarter, decisions faster, and collaboration more human.

Altamira already has the people, vision, and momentum,” Yevgen explains. “Now it’s about deep expertise and execution, turning potential into results.

Inside the company, this change feels less like a new chapter and more like a sharpening of focus. A reminder of why we build the way we do: openly, collaboratively, and with respect for both people and technology.

It’s a clear step toward what we’ve been building all along: a company that leads with focus, delivers with accuracy, and grows with purpose.

With Yevgen’s leadership, Altamira continues to grow as a trusted partner for organizations ready to evolve with AI.
