Microsoft is officially a cybersecurity giant. The company says revenue from its various cybersecurity offerings crossed $10B over the past 12 months, up 40% YoY and ~7% of its total revenue for the year. Original post:

Investors have pumped $7.3B into ~730 US-based fitness apps and services over the past five years, with $2.4B coming just in 2020 across 187 deals.
SoftBank Group Corp Chief Executive Masayoshi Son said that he expects mass production of self-driving vehicles to start in two years on Friday. SoftBank has a stake in self-driving car maker Cruise, which is majority-owned by General Motors Co and has been testing self-driving cars in California. It has also funded the autonomous driving business of China’s Didi Chuxing. Automakers and tech companies, including Alphabet Inc’s Waymo and Tesla Inc, have been investing heavily in the autonomous driving industry. Son, who made his name for investing early in startups such as China’s Alibaba Group, had said he would continue to take stakes in public companies he thinks are frontrunners in the artificial intelligence (AI) race.
