01 - CV Screening

During this stage, we carefully review each candidate's CV to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position. This initial screening helps us identify candidates who closely match the requirements of the role and who will proceed to the next stage of the hiring process.

02 - Short call with a recruiter

Kick-start your journey with us! In this initial stage, you'll have a brief, friendly conversation with one of our recruiters. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other better, discuss your career aspirations, and ensure alignment with our company values and objectives.

03 - Technical and soft skills interview

This is where we dive deeper into your expertise and assess how well you align with our company culture. Be prepared to showcase your technical prowess and demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively.

04 - Reference check

This is the final step before joining our team at Altamira. We'll be reaching out to your previous employers to gain insights into your past experiences and work performance. We'll handle the process respectfully and confidentially, aiming to gather insights that will help us make an informed decision.

05 - Making an offer

Following successful interviews, this stage involves a pre-offer call to discuss the details of the role, answer any remaining questions you may have, and confirm your interest and availability. Shortly after, you'll receive an official email containing the pre-offer documentation, outlining the terms and conditions of the role.
