Our client, a prominent insurance provider established in Slovakia since 1992, offers a full suite of services for foreigners, including health, auto, property, life, and travel insurance. With a network of more than 500 contracted outpatient facilities, hospitals, and clinics across Slovakia, the company is committed to providing superior customer service. The client’s objective was clear: to overhaul their online presence with a dynamic, feature-rich website that would effectively showcase the brand while laying the groundwork for future improvements, such as process automation and customer support. Although the Union had a broad vision and initial requirements, they needed domain expertise to refine these ideas into a specific development plan and bring them to life.

The design of each section on the website prioritises the user’s journey. Informative sections address common insurance-related questions, while customer testimonials strategically structure the content layout and provide social proof. The website maintains a consistent visual identity through the use of a cohesive colour palette and typography that aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.
