Altamira is a boutique IT company that delivers Digital and AI solutions to a wide range of international customers. Headquartered in Bratislava (Slovakia), we work primarily in the financial, pharma and retail sectors delivering mobile, web and platform solutions using an expansive technology portfolio.

Altamira service delivery teams currently span Slovakia, Ukraine, and the Middle East, and we have ambitions to expand our footprint to meet the growing demand across Europe and into our primary growth markets in the UK and the US.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development candidate to capitalize on their established network and profound domain expertise. The ideal candidate boasts over a decade of experience, potentially in a Consultant-like role, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the domain’s intricacies and an extensive network of valuable connections—potential future customers for our business.

While past sales experience is not mandatory, candidates with a background in Consultancy, Project Management, or Product Management are welcome.

We are in search of an individual who can effectively promote our solutions, services, or products exclusively through warm outreach leveraging personal connections. We discourage candidates relying on cold outreach, as our capabilities in that area are already covered. The ideal candidate will capitalize on their domain knowledge and focus on a highly targeted account approach. While we expect 1-2 customer acquisitions throughout the cooperation lifecycle, we value quality over quantity. It’s important to recognize that once network connections are exhausted, potential for collaboration may diminish.
